My bill went up $7 a month without warning..

Did you check your previous bill? There should be a section in small print at the bottom of the last page notifying you of the rate increase.

I looked, nothing in the last few months and in the current month explaining it.

We have looked into it and we can see there was a notice for the increase on the January bill on first and last page.

We recommend downloading the PDF bill in self serve for more details and also check the plan options in self serve. Most of the current in-market plans are eligibile with the autopay discount when the pre-authorized bank payments are enabled.
