The amount on my first bill is wrong

Can you give more details? What exactly do you not agree with? It will be larger than a normal bill as it includes a partial month + a full billing cycle in the first month. You can review page 3 of your bill for the detailed breakdown and please let us know what you don’t agree with

Actually I need a call back. I signed up for 60GB for $30 (with auto payment) which I am not getting. My bill should be $10 less than what it is. It was a New Years deal.

You’ll have to schedule a callback through Koodo Assist. This forum doesn’t have the capability to schedule callbacks.

Did you make a bank debit pre-authorized payment? Also note it takes effect on the first full billing cycle. So you won’t see it on the partial month billing part of your first bill, but should see it on the full month part. Is that the case? Or you see nothing in both?
