My account is active, but i don't have cell service, only wi-fi, so text messages from Koodo DO NO come through

Can I call into Koodo to talk with a representative?  My Cell Number does not work, so I cannot confirm my self-serve by receiving a code to my number.  My cc has been charged for 2 months of service that I did not authorize and my request to suspend service has not been granted.

Even though you do not have cellular service at the moment, you can enable wifi calling on your phone and dial #227 to speak with the billing department. https://www.koodomobile.com/en/help/wifi-calling

How did you sign up for koodo?
Have you tried your sim in another phone?

Did it work previously?

You said how your request to suspend the service has not been granted, are you travelling and wanted the account paused? Or did you no longer want the account/service. Some more details would help.

Note that if you’re put on a seasonal hold, this will pause the service and cause your number to “no longer work” as no plan will be associated with it. However, you’re still charged $15 per month if you own the device or $30 plus tab if you’re on a contract term.
