more reverse roaming charges

Hi support team,

Looking at my bills I also have roaming charges for November 2025 and December 2025 - I did not travel to the US in either of those months. can someone add a credit to my account or something?

Also - I’m not sure if I’m reading my bill wrong but it looks like it charged 8 days of roaming in August? The last time I went to the states was July 2025 - just looking to confirm I didn’t get extra roaming.

Thanks  - I changed my setting to make this not happen anymore! Thank you!!

You have 30 days to review roaming charges.  I will flag a rep to look into the Dec roaming, but the Nov roaming may be too far back for Koodo.

Hi @ttocs

We have looked into it and we have been able to remove the roamning charge on the December bill, as this was triggered due to accidental roaming. Unfortunatelty, the one the November bill is outside of the disputing period.

Koodo gives 30 days period to dispute any charge that you do not agree with (in case of roaming, it may extend to 90 days in case the charges appear on the bill later). You can check the Service terms here https://www.koodomobile.com/en/service-terms

The August 2025 bill does indeed related the roaming charges incurred in July, we recommend downloading the PDF bill in self serve bill for details: https://www.koodomobile.com/en/help/viewing-and-downloading-your-bills
