have you got a chance to download the pdf bill in selfserve yet? If you download the 2 lastest bill, you would be able to see the break dow there. The page 3 or 4 of the pdf bill should be the one you could check
Hi @Jen Ottawa the bill credit expired 24 months after activation. It cannot be re-added as bill credits are generally linked to activations and renewals.
You can check your online account for any rate plans or offers that may suit, here is a guide to changing your plan https://www.koodomobile.com/en/help/changing-your-rate-plan
If you’re not finding an option you like you can schedule a call-back through our Koodo Assist to speak to our team or send us a private message on social media via Facebook, Twitter/X or Instagram.
After using Koodo for 2 years, my monthly bill went up $20 in December. Is it because the promotion ended in 2 years? How come you offer new customer the credit but not giving to existing customer?
I would really appreciate if the price can change back. Thank you!
Well 2 years ago you were a brand new customer and you were given the credit while existing customers were not.
You received $20 off your bill for 2 years, which I as a Koodo customer since 2014 did NOT receive. 99% of Koodo customers did NOT receive $20 off their bill.
If Koodo reduced your monthly payment by $20 then all Koodo customers should have their payment reduced by $20.
That being said you can keep checking your offers and eventually you will find one more to your liking.

I agree that all Koodo customers should be getting the same deal as new customer. I know some people keep jumping to different companies to get better deal. I don’t like to do that. This is why I’m asking them to treat existing customer better :)
I searched Koodo website and switched to a different plan, better but cheaper.
Thanks!
All carriers give deals for new customers vs existing customers. It’s all about enticing others to jump over and not limited to the telecom sector. Having said that, there usually are still deals for existing customers. Just maybe not the same as for new customers.
For future reference, you may well find some decent deals in self-serve, under “change my plan” as there are tailored deals these days. Sometimes they’re nothing special. Sometimes they’re pretty decent.

It makes perfect sense to give loyal customers incentives to stay.
