monthly charge increased

My monthly charge increased almost double which i have not requested. Can I continue my old plan?

Hi there,

Almost double is quite a large amount. Usually plan price increases are between $5-$10, not double.

Have you reviewed your detailed PDF bill from self serve? When you do, does it show the price increase on the plan from the previous month or is there another reason for the almost doubled charges like a credit expiring etc?

We have looked into it and we can see you had a recurring credit for a specific period of time, and this has now ended. The bill is not back to the regular price.

We recommend checking the PDF for the current bill and for the previous bill.
