My account shows that my auto-monthly payment that was set-up 2 jan 2026 was taken on 23 Jan. However when I check my bank statement, nothing is showing up and bank manager states they do not see the 23 jan payment.

We have looked into it and we can see the payment date appears to be on January 23rd. It may take a bit more for this to be reflected on your bank account due to the weekend. We recommend checking again tomorrow.
