  1. I changed my plan from a 5G 100GB plan to a 5G 40GB plan. However, my last bill was charged at the rate of the 5G 100GB plan. And currently my next bill is still showing the rate of the 5G 100GB plan.
  2. I’m currently on a 5G mobile plan. However, my phone does not support 5G so I would like to downgrade my plan to a 4G plan but can not seem to find the option.

Hi there,

when you check in self serve is it showing the 40GB plan is the one you have or still the 100GB? When you download the PDF bill, does it show a partial monthly plan charge for the 100GB plan and then the 40GB? This would be normal if that is the case.

At the moment it seems Koodo is only offering 5G plans. You will have to check self serve periodically to see if you can downgrade but your device will default to 4G LTE if 5G is not compatible / available.
