- I changed my plan from a 5G 100GB plan to a 5G 40GB plan. However, my last bill was charged at the rate of the 5G 100GB plan. And currently my next bill is still showing the rate of the 5G 100GB plan.
- I’m currently on a 5G mobile plan. However, my phone does not support 5G so I would like to downgrade my plan to a 4G plan but can not seem to find the option.
