I have been incorrectly charged for roaming within Canada on my most recent bill

Let me flag a rep to help you out.

To avoid this from happening again, make sure to manually select your network to Koodo, so that your phone does not automatically connect to a nearby U.S. cellular tower. You will need to do this every time you restart your phone.

Hello ​@gresleyben 

We verified the day with the charge and confirmed accidental roaming. A credit was applied for the fee and will update within 3-5 minutes in the Self Serve account. 

Sometimes the device is going to catch the network on the other side.

It's a world-wide situation, since the device settings are set to automatically search for the strongest signal.

If you follow the steps mentioned by ​@MilkyWay and from the link shared by ​@Goran , you can avoid future similar fees.
