Missing Monthly Bill Credit since sign-up for Boxing Day Promo

My account is missing the monthly credit for my line that I had sign-up for.

I have called twice for the promo to be manually added by the call center agents, and they have said they have left notes for the promo to be applied. 

 

Can I please get help, as this is quite frustrating !

It will most likely show up on your second or third bill. You can reply back to this post if you do not see it on your next bill and we can flag a rep for you.

Did you eventually get the credits applied for the previous months but not on your current on-going bills?  Or are they never applied for all the months thus far?

 

Is this the auto pay by bank credit of a credit for 24 months?

This is now my 3rd bill and it’s still showing up. 

The call center agent has been manually applying the credit after I call, and keep saying they will ensure it’s there. So all the 2-3 previous months, has the credits being applied, but when the system generates the bill, it’s not showing up. 

 

No this isn’t the same credit for the auto-pay. 

It was supposed to be the 24 month credit (10 dollar/month) which they have never been able to successfully apply
