I signed up for three lines but when I check my bill I only see one $10 credit (showing as an equipment credit).

We have checked the details and we can confirm the bill credit was applied to your bill. We recommend checking pages 6, 11 and 12 for more details.
The first bill is usually higher due to the first bill proration https://www.koodomobile.com/en/help/your-koodo-bill-after-youve-activated-a-new-account-or-added-a-new-line
