Your website makes it impossible to get a real live person, email address or phone number which makes it seem like your customer service is severely lacking.

I am seeing a 0.45 cent text messaging charge, when I click on further info I get an error.  As far as I am concerned, I have unlimited Canada and USA texting.

When you login to your self serve and look at your plan, what plan do you have?

Do you have a Pick Your Perk plan?  If so, do you have the unlimited international SMS & MMS perk chosen?

 

Also did you change your plan recently?

And did you download your detailed pdf ebill?  Typically the pdf ebill will give more info about any additional charge

We have looked into it and we can confirm the charges are indeed for text messages to US number.

Your current plan doesn’t include international calling, however, you can add the Unlimited International SMS perk as an extra perk (for a monthly charge) on top of your free perk, if you plan to send texts to US/ international number regularly.

Can you please let us know what’s the error you get when you try to check the usage details?
