Hello,
I need a letter of good standing / account reference letter for my Koodo mobile account.
The letter must confirm:
• my full name
• my account number
• how long the account has been active
• that my account is in good standing with no overdue balance
This is required by a Canadian utility provider for a security deposit waiver.
Koodo doesn’t provide account documents via the public community.
Log into Self Serve > Subscriptions/Account documents and look there if you can find what you want; or
