As at least one other customer has reported, my Stream+ payment was taken from my bank account (I pay with a VISA debit) and then immediately reversed. I have confirmed with my bank that the reversal was done at Koodo’s end, not at theirs.

Reading through it indicates that there is a glitch happening at koodo. I am hesitant to put my card info in again since this customer had issues with being double charged. Please advise?
