It’s incredible but it’s real. I stopped using Koodo, my last invoice was Feb 10 2024 for 0$. Around that time I tried logging in self selve to check the prices but my account was closed, impossible to log in. Account number **50. Now 2 years later I found out in a credit report that I allegedly owe them 199$, and now I just received a letter from a credit collection agency. They never sent me an invoice, my online account is closed, and they never contacted me in any way whatsoever. And I can’t even reach any support, bot requires me to login and it’s impossible, and their phone line is disabled. WTF is this ?
