Hi,

It’s incredible but it’s real. I stopped using Koodo, my last invoice was Feb 10 2024 for 0$. Around that time I tried logging in self selve to check the prices but my account was closed, impossible to log in. Account number **50. Now 2 years later I found out in a credit report that I allegedly owe them 199$, and now I just received a letter from a credit collection agency. They never sent me an invoice, my online account is closed, and they never contacted me in any way whatsoever. And I can’t even reach any support, bot requires me to login and it’s impossible, and their phone line is disabled. WTF is this ?

As much as we would love to help, we have limited access here on the community when it comes to payment related inquiries. 

The self serve account gets closed 90 days after the cancelation, which should allow time to access the final bill in case of any billing related questions.

If you try to schedule a call back with the virtual assist https://www.koodomobile.com/en/help and choose Not a customer, you are not given the option to speak with a rep?

Once it is sent to a collection agency, Koodo no longer handles the debt. Have you reached out directly and asked them to provide an explanation for the charges? I would also suggest you to follow up with Equifax and TransUnion to obtain a copy of your credit report.
