I’ve been trying to access my self service but it keeps giving me the image of the melted Ice cream cone with the message “This service is unavailable right now. Please refresh or try again in an hour.” Been trying for days and it keeps giving me the same message. I can access everything else EXCEPT my self serve. Anyone know why it’s doing this??

Have you tried clearing cache and cookies in the browser or accessing the self serve on a different browser/ device?

I have. I’ve also tried a separate computer and phone. It still gives me the same issues. I’ve also logged into another family members Koodo account on the exact same devices and they work just fine. 
 

it appears this is only happening on my account and not theirs.

This is also happening to me.  Ive been trying all week on my laptop and 2 seperate phones

No, im a new internet customer and have never been able to access it
