Hello

 

This morning I tried logging into my Koodo prepaid account to add funds and was greeted with the following message:

I have a $55 per month 8.5 GB plan. I have $110 for available funds and whenever I click the Reactivate Account button, the system says my account was reactivated, but the suspended account message still remains and the total paid is $0.

Can anyone help me on what I should do?

The issue has been resolved.


It looks like the “reactivate” issue has been fixed. This has been a bit of an issue in years past with their old prepaid site. At least now, with the new prepaid site design, there is an explanation that the phone is ready to use and that payment may take up to 30 minutes to reflect on the account. Glad to hear the problem is resolved!
