The pre-authorization payment setup page for mobile phone bills is broken for me. The section of the page which clearly is supposed to be where you enter your credit card information never loads, instead showing: 
“The IP address of https://pay2.koodomobile.com/ cannot be resolved” or something similar.

 

Can you try in private/Incognito mode to see if it works then?

I have just tested and the Pre-authorized payment setup page loads correctly on our end. Have you tried on a different browser or device?

 

What device/ browser are you using to set up the pre-authorized payment?
