Koodo is charging me for service that started before I received my SIM card

WHat gives with that?

The civilized way of doing it would be to process the payment and activate the service the first time the SIM is installed and used. Even AT&T does that.

Not ideal in all cases but that’s how they approach it. If there’s a big delay in the sim getting to you usually they’re good about issuing credits.

@ScottyM Just cancel it. Mind you, than you have to get the sim from a store and they charge you $50 for the activation.  From what I can tell their ordering online will always come with waiving the $50. your call.
