My roommate signed up for a 2 number plan the billing is not what was told to her.
She switched from prepaid to monthly billing. She has tried to get the billing rectified but she was told cause she got the new plans through an oline source but was done on the phone. That she would have to contact the person she dealt with it.
She has done this and now 3 fuckin times nothing. This is a scam by koodo. They have someone do online sales. And lie to new costumers. That is how i see it happening. They mail the sim cards to you. And your fucked.
