Is there any way to have this rate apply to my new internet service for 24 months instead of the 12 I initially signed up for?

I am logged into the self service portal and I see that for my subscription, the order is being processed. Would you be able to remind the date I chose to activate the internet service? I know that it is at the end of the month, but I forgot the exact date.

You should receive an email confirming that the package with the modem and router is sent out. The email will also include the official activation date.
