koodo epp not applied

I tried sending email to apply my epp discount to the email given in the form. Its been more than 20 days still I didn’t got any reply from koodo. Can someone confirm if they will reply or I can give a call to them regarding the same.


Also if my existing plan is already having epp applied and I want to renew the epp discount for next 24 months, do i need to change to any current market plans or discount will apply to my existing plan?

We have looked into it and we can confirm based on the notes that EPP application has been received by the support team and the discount has been renewed for 24 months starting today.

The discount should continue applying to your current plan, there is no need to change it, however, if you decide to change it the discount will apply based on the price of the new plan as long as the new plan is eligible for the discount.

After 24 months, you would need to reapply.
