Hello, I have a wrong Roaming charge in my current bill and Koodo assist is offering a Callback to discuss the issue. Will I be charged a roaming fee for the Callback call if I am still travelling? Or is there any other way how to connect with Kood customer care?

In general, if you are still traveling and making a callback to Koodo customer care from a roaming location, it is possible that you will incur roaming charges for the call. I’d recommend managing this when you come back.

 


So as long as you are receiving a call from Koodo, there are no roaming charges. It is free. If your phone line is active, you can receive calls, and won’t be charged for the Koodo callback. 


I was sur you'd get a  roaming charge if you took the call. Sorry for Spreading false information about it.
