Are you saying that your line was cancelled and there is a credit on your account? If that is what you are talking about, you will receive the refund by cheque or your pre-authorized payment method for any amount over $5. What exactly happened with your account? Are you behind in payments ? It's not clear from your message…

If you cancelled your account, you will receive a refund the same way you paid (either check or through your bank account), normally within two months. You can report back here if you haven’t received anything yet!
