What exactly happened with your account? Are you behind in payments ? It's not clear from your message…

If you cancelled your account, you will receive a refund the same way you paid (either check or through your bank account), normally within two months. You can report back here if you haven’t received anything yet!

Are you saying that your line was cancelled and there is a credit on your account? If that is what you are talking about, you will receive the refund by cheque or your pre-authorized payment method for any amount over $5.
