Hello,

I got a new CC. Tired to update it by deleting old CC. Now when adding my new CC, I get an error message saying there is an issue with my CC information provided, when there isn’t. The information is factually correct as verified by google pay and manually entering the new CC info,

Any tips?

Hi ​@Scott Spence the error message we can see on your account is ‘Billing address provided must match address on file with credit bureau.’ Your current address on your Koodo account is a PO Box, the address registered for the credit card is likely your residential address. The two must match for you to be able to register the card on your account.

Ah I see now. That is actually my incorrect address on my Koodo account and I have no idea why they address is there because I don’t live anywhere near there, or ever have.

Koodo is not recognizing my current address (new as of Jan 25’). How can this be fixed?
