We have looked into it and based on the account details, the discount started in February 2023 and  a confirmation by SMS has been sent to your number, according to the notes.

You will need to reapply to have it re-added.

Yes that helps. I thought I applied for it when I got the phone as I usually do. Now that you mention it. I was on the EPP15 when I found the 30 was available and applied before my contract. My bad. Will fix this week.. Thank you very much. Greatly appreciate it and take care.
