Issue With Pre-Authorized Payment Discount

Hi @Koodo, I was receiving the $5 pre-authorized payment discount on my account. I lost my debit card in Nov 2025 and updated my pre-authorized payment with a new card, but the $5 discount was removed. I’m still enrolled in auto-payment. Could you please help restore the discount? Thank you.

We have looked into it and we can confirm the pre-authorized credit card discount has been discontinued as of October 2025, and this was announced on the September bill. We recommend checking page 11 of the September PDF bill, that can be downloaded in self serve 

To receive the autopay discount starting with your next bill, you would need to switch to pre-authorized bank payments. More info can be found here
