Issue Regarding $20 Promotion Not Applied to My Bill

Hi, I recently switched my mobile plan from Koodo to Fido during the Black Friday offer. After that, I received a call from Koodo saying that if I returned to Koodo, they would give me a $20 promotion. Because of that, my daughter and I switched back to Koodo.
However, I just received my new bill and noticed that the promotion was not applied at all.
I’m worried there may have been a misunderstanding, and I would like to confirm this.
I don’t have the contact information for the representative who offered the promotion, so could you please advise me on where I should inquire or who I should speak with?

The $20 promotion you were offered by Koodo for returning during the Black Friday period is a known winback offer, but sometimes these credits can be delayed or missed due to account processing or eligibility checks. If your bill still shows the promotion hasn't been applied, I can flag a rep for you.

Was there also a new promotional plan included or was it just your original service with a $20 credit added to it?

More details of the promotion would help. When checking for the credit, did you do so by downloading your full PDF bill from self-serve? Sometimes credits aren’t shown in the overview section and can be lost in the details. I suggest you check here as well. To do that, you can follow the steps in the link.
