I keep getting an email about paying a balance . But I don’t recognize the account number. It’s from this email. Can anyone help?

If you don’t recognize the account number, ignore it. I receive e-mails from koodobilling@mailing.koodomobile.com

It is hard to know whether it is legit without seeing the actual email message. Can you send a screenshot?

It’s an exploit of the old email-sms messaging system. I believe Koodo is working on it but until then, all you can do it ignore it.
