Is anyone happy with Telus? I can’t see why anyone would be happy with thier service! Every time I have a problem it is like pulling teeth to get help from these people! 1 month and a half ago they called me to get my Internet dropped from $89.00 a month (ridiculous) to $55 a month and 1 gig download. They still have not changed my billing and keep threatning to cut me off! I told them to bill me the correct amount and I will pay. They said “No problem” that was over a week ago and nothing has changed. My Internet goes down at least 3 times a week or more. When the Internet is down you can’t contact Telus? Nothing works not even WIFI, so how do you get help???? Thre stupidest system I have ever had to deal with. Last month I check my bank account to find out Koodo has been playing in my account. They were in my account 4 times in one month and took out $217.00? I still haven’t found out why, someone from billing was suppose to call me and no one has, of course! I’m thinking of moving to FREEDOM or an other company. Tied of this Horseshit!
