Is anyone happy with Telus???

Is anyone happy with Telus? I can’t see why anyone would be happy with thier service! Every time I have a problem it is like pulling teeth to get help from these people!  1 month and a half ago they called me to get my Internet dropped from $89.00 a month (ridiculous)  to $55 a month and 1 gig download. They still have not changed my billing and keep threatning to cut me off! I told them to bill me the correct amount and I will pay. They said “No problem” that was over a week ago and nothing has changed. My Internet goes down at least 3 times a week or more. When the Internet is down you can’t contact Telus? Nothing works not even WIFI, so how do you get help???? Thre stupidest system I have ever had to deal with. Last month I check my bank account to find out Koodo has been playing in my account. They were in my account 4 times in one month and took out $217.00? I still haven’t found out why, someone from billing was suppose to call me and no one has, of course! I’m thinking of moving to FREEDOM or an other company. Tied of this Horseshit!

Here's the thing: lots of people have had similar frustrations with Telus and billing issues. Some folks are happy, but many get annoyed with slow fixes and spotty internet.

If your bill still isn’t fixed, try logging into your account online to check for any changes or notes. For the weird charges from Koodo, double-check your billing history in Self Serve. If anything looks off or you can’t get it sorted, you might want to file a complaint through the online system.

Quick tip: If your internet goes down, try rebooting your modem and router. For billing problems, screenshots and notes help if you need to escalate things later.

Thinking about switching providers makes sense if things don’t improve. Have you tried the online chat or Self Serve for your Koodo billing yet? That sometimes gets results faster.

Eh, are you a Koodo cellular customer? from your description, It is hard to pinpoint where the problem was.

If possible, can you post a snapshot of your bill here? Hide all personal information before posting please.

You’ll find similar stories with any company. You’ll have to look closely in your detailed billing. And yes, if the internet is down, the wifi that sends the itnernet out in your home network would also not have internet. You can still call for technical support and whatever other options Telus specifically has.
