Hi,

I had my Koodo mobile since before PC mobile merged with Koodo. For some glitches might be I don't have access to my self-serve account. I don't use koodo anymore, my connection has been disconnected. Due to some medical emergencies, I had to return to my home country abruptly. Now I have some amount pending with Koodo. Now how do I pay the due amount via international payment? FYI, I don't have my complete account number. However, I do know the phone number. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

It is possible that your debt has been transferred over to a collection agency. Did you receive any emails from them? If not, you can schedule a callback through Koodo Assist to speak with a rep and schedule a payment arrangement. https://Koo.do/Chat 


If you are still out of country, you will have to send a private message to Koodo via FB Messenger or DM via Twitter to get more info on if it’s gone to a collection agency and  to be able to pay with a non-Canadian crredit card.
