Inncorrect Roaming Charges

Hello,
I am travelling outside of Canada, My latest bill says I have 2 Roaming charges:
Jan 28, 2026, 06:46PM in Japan (1 min)
Jan 30, 2026, 01:54PM in Vietnam (1 min)
Meanwhile I don’t think I use any calls or other roaming services. Please help !! Thank you in advance

Did your check your voicemail perhaps, or received a call and picked up the phone?

What about a text message? Did you receive your invoice yet? How much were you charged? If you truly believe it was an error, I can flag a rep for you 🙂

No I didn’t send any text messages. The only text I received was from 7626 for Koodo Easy Roam offers.

And yes did received my bill and truly believe it’s error

We have looked into it and we have been able to remove one of the charges (January 30), since the charge was due to data leakage.

For the other charge, there was some data usage which triggered the charge.
