Can you go into self-service and check the usage of SMS/calling/data in those roaming days to see how Koodo charged you? Check the time and amount of the usage to see the detail first, it is much easier when you dispute with Koodo.

Yes thanks. It just shows 0.003 (mb) for one day and the other day is an incoming call but it is from my own number which is weird.

thanks

Let me flag a rep to look into the day you had very low usage of roaming data.

Regarding the day you had a call to your own number, did you check your voicemail while traveling?

Hi @LJW805

We have looked into it and according to the usage details, we see 28Mb usage for one of the lines, which triggered the roaming charge, and for the other line, there is indeed an incoming call.

We recommend checking the usage details in self serve and the call log history on your phone.

For more info about how to prevent roaming charges, please check out this article https://community.koodomobile.com/plans-services-232910/easy-roam-understanding-how-you-will-be-charged-while-traveling-7811296

Thanks for the reply but my bill for the data roaming shows the following. Which is 0.003 (mb).  Isn’t that just 3000 bytes of data?  Not 28mb?

@LJW805

This would be indeed 0.003MB, but it refers to PPU data, which didn’t trigger charges.

We recommend checking the usage section in self serve using the link we share above for full details of the usage.
