incorrect Roaming Charges

I have incured US roaming charges and long distance minutes despite not leaving Canada. Please remove them from my bill. Thanks in advance,

In the future, since your device is prone to accidental roaming, please disable data roaming in your device and manually select Koodo as carrier in settings will help.

We have looked into it and we have been able to remove the roaming charge since this was triggered due to accidental roaming!

Regarding the long distance charges, the usage indicated there were calls made from Canada to an international number, we recommend checking the PDF bill page 4 for more details.
