I was charged for roaming on my October, and November bill. However, I have not left the country. Can I please get a refund? Thank you.

Hi
To avoid future charges please make sure that the data roaming is off in your phone settings and you are manually connecting to the Koodo network.

Your November bill has not been issued yet, please let us know if you see any roaming charges once it has been issued and we will gladly look into it for you then.
