Incorrect Roaming Charge

I was charged for roaming on my October, and November bill. However, I have not left the country. Can I please get a refund? Thank you.

Hi ​@sydneyduong, we’ve checked the charge on your October bill and as as it was accidental roaming we have added a credit to your account, you can check it out in your self-serve. 

To avoid future charges please make sure that the data roaming is off in your phone settings and you are manually connecting to the Koodo network.

Your November bill has not been issued yet, please let us know if you see any roaming charges once it has been issued and we will gladly look into it for you then.
