Incorrect roaming bill

I was charged for 5 days of roaming while traveling to the UK but didn’t use my phone while I was away. How can I get these charges reversed and how can I ensure it doesn’t happen again?

The best way is to simply remove your SIM card from your phone or disable your eSIM before you go abroad.

We have looked into it and according to the usage details and the PDF bill, the charges were triggered due to calls for the most part, and in one day by outgoing text.

We recommend downloading and checking the PDF bill in self serve for more details and also checking the usage section in self serve.
