Incorrect Postpaid Mobile Charge

Hi,

I have a incorrect charge on my bill,

I’m being charged for service when i shouldn’t be, because i cancelled it within the buyer’s remorse window,

Mobile Klinik (where i bought the cell phone on a koodo plan) said if I’m charged for anything then it’s only for the service that i used, not the plan because it’s cancelled

My number was ported from Virgin plus and i went back to them and got a new device upgrade from virgin plus and while it was being switched I had a temporary phone number eSim provided by Mobile Klinik

I have 3 phone numbers on the bill and actually koodo assist doesn’t recognize any of them so i can’t request a callback automatically (but i need a callback, i don’t even know what’s happening with my bill and why there’s a plan charge),

1 is the ported number, 2 is the temporary eSim number, and 3 is a number from when the Mobile Klinik clerk mistyped my ported number

There was some kind of glitch with my voice calls and sms because i could dial out to talk to someone but they couldn’t call me, something weird like that

The Self serve section says my plan is cancelled but the plan charge is still there and it shouldn’t be

I’m in ontario, canada if thats needed

So could someone please get a callback for me? I don’t really have time to figure out a weird glitch like that

Thanks,

chrono4ever

you could cancel without any charge if you kept your temporary number and didn't port out.

Once you ported out, it wasn't considered a "trial" but actual usage. You would be charged for the days you used Koodo service.

I would recommend you download the PDF bill in your selfserve and check the page 3 and 4 of it, it should give you detailed breakdown of the bill

Regarding the call back, you can schedule to a Canadian number of your choice. Since you are no longer a customer, you would have to check in as non-customer request.
