incorrect easyrom charge

My wife was incorrectly billed for EasyRoam while in Victoria, BC. She has a new phone and hasnt turned off roaming/auto network connection yet. The dates of easyroam are November 9 and December 7, 2025. Both days she was located in Victoria, BC. Please remove these from billing. Thanks

Hey,

If your wife was billed EasyRoam charges while in Victoria, BC (within Canada), these are likely incorrect because EasyRoam applies to international roaming only. Since she has a new phone and roaming/auto network connection was on, it triggered charges mistakenly. You can just request a billing adjustment to remove those EasyRoam charges for Nov 9 and Dec 7, 2025, explaining the phone was in Canada and no international roaming occurred. If you want, I can flag a rep to review this.
