I have two incorrect charges for easy roam again. Please refund my credit card. $96 and $256. I have done all of the recommended procedures but my phone still picks up US towers and I’m charged for roaming. You will find that i have not left Canada. Thank you kindly

which dates did the Easy Roam Charges occur? Did they show on your most recent bill?
Note that is a rep is able to credit these charges they will not be applied as a refund but as a credit on your account that will applied to future bills.

We have looked into it and we have been able to remove the roaming charges since it was due to accidental roaming. The adjustment should be reflected on your account in a few business days.
