incorrect easy roam charges

I was incorrectly charged $16 on Dec 25. Can you please reverse this charge?

Have you received your bill with this charge on it? If so, I can then flag a rep to check into it and remove it. I assume this was for roaming charges while still in Canada?

Hi there, thank you for responding. Yes, I have received my bill with the charge on it. It shows a roaming charge of $16 for 1 minute. This is my 13 year old son’s phone and he had his phone on airplane mode while utilizing wifi for the entire week. Thank you for your assistance in getting this charge removed.

We have looked into it and we can see the charge was triggered due to voicemail usage, we recommend checking the usage details on the PDF bill

Any usage made in roaming, except for incoming messages, triggers the daily roaming fee.
