I was billed for EasyRoam while in Victoria, BC. It is a new phone and havent turned off roaming/auto network connection yet (number ending in 7049). The dates of easyroam are November 9 and December 7, 2025. Both days I was located in Victoria, BC. Please remove these from billing. Thanks

Hi @pstephens93

We have reviewed the details and we have been able to remove the roaming charge for November 9 since it was triggered due to accidental data roaming, feel free to check the details in your self serve account when you get the chance.

For the one on December 7, please let us know once the bill is issued and we will look into it for you.

EasyRoam charges while physically in Victoria, BC, are likely incorrect because EasyRoam applies only to international roaming. Since the phone was in Canada, these charges can be disputed and removed by requesting a billing adjustment from Koodo, explaining no international roaming occurred on November 9 and December 7, 2025. To prevent this, disable data roaming or manually select the Koodo network in phone settings. If you want, I can flag a rep to review the billing for you.
