incorrect easy roam charge

I was incorrectly charged for easy roaming. I have no left Canada. Can you please correct.

Hi ​@Cal hun, we’ve checked the charge you mentioned and as it was accidental roaming we have added a credit to your account, you can check it out in your self-serve. 

To avoid future charges please make sure that the data roaming is off in your phone settings and you are manually connecting to the Koodo network.

Hi there,

to confirm, did the charge show up on your most recent bill or was it just the notification saying you will be charged?

If it was just the notification, you will have to wait for the charge to show up on your most recent bill before it can be credited. This is because the charge may be screened before you receive the bill and you may not actually be charged.
