Incorrect Data Charge on Bill

I recently switched to Koodo and on my first bill there is a charge for $13 for data. I have 50GB of data and there is no way I would have gone over. Is there a way to reverse this  charge?

We have reviewed the details and we found the charge incurred due to a glitch, therefore we were able to apply a credit to your bill.

Thank you. The bill still says $48.91 and when I add all the charges including tax it should only be around $42. My plan is for $34 so how can I be paying an extra $14 on top of that?

Did you download your detailed pdf ebill?

The first bill is also higher since there is a partial billing cycle charge and then you are billed 1 month ahead.  This link should explain things

Okay thank you. I did look but didn’t fully understand all the charges. I will look again closer and trust that the next month’s bill is closer to my plan cost! Thanks!
