I have unlimited minutes and I was billed $28 for airtime. How do I get this refunded, does anyone know how to talk to a human at Koodo without having to wait two days?

Could you download the pdf bill in selfserve and check the page 3 for more information on the extra fee? There are many possible reasons for it though.


@Connomar You have unlimited Canadian minutes. The additional charges on your bill this month are for calls to the US.
