My husband and I was travelling outside of the country and he accidentally hit the airplane mode button on March 28th but immediately hit it on again. I noticed that we got charged for roaming charges even though it only counted as one minute and we didn’t use the phone for anything. I am wondering if we could get the charges removed or credited for that date.

+4We have reviewed the details and we have been able to remove the charge since it was due to data leakage.
