Incidental Roaming Charges


Hello,

My husband and I was travelling outside of the country and he accidentally hit the airplane mode button on March 28th but immediately hit it on again. I noticed that we got charged for roaming charges even though it only counted as one minute and we didn’t use the phone for anything. I am wondering if we could get the charges removed or credited for that date.

We have reviewed  the details and we have been able to remove the charge since it was due to data leakage.
