Hello, I had a $16 easy roam charge on my bill at the end of January even though I was still in Canada. I turned off my phone but it must have picked somethin up accidentally. I would like a refund. I have asked before to just have easy roam removed off my phone so as to make it not possible, is this possible?

We have looked into it and we have managed to remove the roaming charge since it was due to accidental roaming.

Let me flag a rep for you.
To avoid this from happening again, make sure to manually select your network to Koodo, so that your phone does not automatically connect to a nearby U.S. cellular tower. You will need to do this every time you restart your phone.

My roaming bill you charged me
$18 a day I never used it had phone on flight mode.. You would text me that I could use my phone there each day I never used it then charge me $18.00 each time . What is up with that? I want this cleared up.
