I was charged roaming charges despite not even touching my cell phone

Question

I live near the border and often travel across the border to get gas. I was charged roaming charges the last two times I did this, despite not even touching my cell phone, let alone using it. Please remove these charges.

@JHawkjust because you weren’t touching the phone doesn’t mean there wasn’t stuff going on in the background. You may want to check out Koodo’s article on how to avoid this:

Can you check your phone settings?If you are living close to border, you need to set roaming off, and adjust your connection setting from auto to manually select to Koodo to prevent further charges.
