Can you login and download your detailed pdf ebill. How much was the roaming for each day? And which day was the accidental roaming on?
Hi @Vijaya, we have looked into the two charges you mentioned and they were triggered by calling and data usage while roaming, respectively. For more details, you can also check the usage section in you self serve.
The first charge is valid as there is no US usage in that time period. However, I was able to credit the second charge for you as accidental roaming, you can check the updated total in your online account.
